Business Intelligence (BI) Analytic KPI

MSF KPI reporting is a management function that shows the measurement, analysis, and key performances of production functions in the factory. These reports allow the factory to identify the weak and strong points and show their trends in order to achieve the production target that the factory wants to achieve.

The main functions in factory production are the machine and the assigned employees. Status reports received from the machines and the effects of the personnel working on the same machine on production constitute the main inputs of KPI reports. Monitoring and reporting of the machine status with planned / unplanned stops, the work order assigned to this workstation, and the performance of the employees assigned to this machine are the main MSF KPI functions.

Machine information obtained through MSF real-time data collection is converted into analysis at certain intervals and the reasons for machine downtimes and their durations are shown. In the same way, the performance of employees individually or in the specified shift is shown together with the reasons. Thanks to the data obtained in real-time, scrap analysis, power consumption of the workstation, or all workstations are shown in the assigned work order.

In addition to these reports, ergonomic analyzes are made thanks to the data produced. Of these, overloads to workers and machines are shown with MURI analysis. With the MUDA analysis, wastes that do not turn into products are shown, although resources are spent. These consist of handling, waiting, movement, overproduction, overprocessing, and scrap.

In addition to these basic KPI reports, MSF offers advanced reporting and analysis. In this function, all KPI reports are displayed on a single dashboard page, including positive or negative indicators. With it, the status of production orders, daily machine status analysis, and workstation analysis are shown.

One of the important functions of advanced reporting is the OEE work order analysis report. Here, all losses affecting machine downtime are shown collectively. It is ensured that the planned production time is displayed in lost times, the machine working time is shown with the losses taken into consideration, the networking time is shown with the performance losses, and the production quality is shown with the amount of scrap in the production, and finally, the total maximum usable times of the machine are shown collectively with the TEEP report.
