Automating Warehouse Management and Logistics Processes

Automation is one of the most effective ways to increase efficiency and reduce human error in logistics.

Automation represents one of the most effective ways to increase efficiency and reduce human error in warehouse and logistics operations. Every manual step — writing a pallet label, typing a stock movement, choosing which lot to pick — is a chance for delay and error.

MSF automates the full chain: when a pallet is full, the PLC signal triggers label printing, notifies the forklift operator's mobile app, and stages the ERP goods movement — all simultaneously. Gate scanners with 4–5 meter range capture every movement automatically and post the correct ERP transaction (101, 311 or 601) while the forklift keeps moving.

Combined with priority-based dispatch, digital forklift task management and shipment validation at every scan point, factories eliminate wrong-material deliveries, cut material waiting times by a third, and get an ERP that is accurate in real time — not at end of shift.
